Management Services
Operating a yacht can be a complex undertaking requiring a large number of combined skills. Our experience gained over many years in the yachting industry, together with our industry partners, allows us to give peace of mind to the Owner and also protects the capital value of their investment.
Procurement of all goods and services are sourced and negotiated to obtain the most competitive price together with our recommendations as to the most reliable supplier. There is only a small and completely transparent administration fee.
Inwards Marine together with our team of industry professionals offer a direct and transparent approach to yacht management by taking care of the administration and all practical requirements on a 24/7 basis.
Finance & Insurance
Managing a yacht’s finances can be a complex and time consuming process. Yachting expertise is required to provide an accurate budget and to set up an appropriate accounting system and expenditure system.
With our specialist knowledge and procurement expertise, substantial financial savings will be made in the day to day running of the vessel.
Together we can work with you to provide a realistic operating budget to suit your requirements based on our experience and trade contacts. We can then ensure a streamlined accounting process which is set up in advance, with the necessary checks & balances in place to monitor all expenses.
Each yacht is supplied with a customised accounts package and familiarisation training and support are given to the Captain. We monitor all expenditure and supply detailed and transparent accounts to the Owner.
Once the customised accounting system is set, a simple periodic transfer into the yacht’s account has to be made to cover monthly running costs.
Toys & Tenders
No yacht is complete without the accompanying tender and toys. We can help attain the correct accessoires for your yacht.
Captain & Crew Placement
The appointment of the right Captain and Crew is crucial to the experience and sound running of your yacht. With our specialist recruitment partner, we put forward possible candidates who are not only suitably experienced & qualified, but who will also fit in with the requirements and preferences of you and your family.
Before presenting potential Captains and Crew, our recruitment partner thoroughly checks all references and certificates of competency. We can provide advice on salaries, employment contracts and the minimum ‘safe manning’ requirements for your chosen flag state/authority.
Training of new Captains & Crew can be organised.
Compliance & Safety management
The purpose of Active Compliance Management is to ensure that your vessel is maintained in a safe and legal status at all times. Our professional partners continually monitor the forever changing international marine regulations. We recommend that all relevant changes are applied.
Our Mini International Safety Management (Mini-ISM) package includes the use of the bespoke web based application specifically designed for use by iPads, iPhones as well as Android portable devices. Owners, Captains and Managers are then able to manage a yacht’s operating and safety procedures in a secure, efficient and paperless environment.
Operational Support
Inwards will provide support to Yacht Crew and Owners to ensure the satisfactory operation of the vessel at all times.
We have a number of professional contractors who are able to address on-board electrical, mechanical and technological issues quickly and efficiently.
We work closely with a specialist Concierge Service to provide out of hours and immediate day to day logistical support to all vessels managed by Inwards Marine.

New Build
